Fabric ductwork offer multiple opportunities to save money without sacrificing quality or flexibility in design.
One of the many advantages of utilizing FabricAir dispersion over conventional metal ducts is the elimination of ancillary items such as grills, diffusers, dampers, insulation, paint, and mastic. In addition, the cost of the textiles used to manufacture FabricAir duct is stable and typically less expensive than sheet metal.
FabricAir offers permeable and non-permeable fabrics with air dispersion models tailored to your application. The duct sections zip together, unlike metal sections which have to be screwed together and sealed with mastic. Depending on the throw needed for proper air flow, laser cut orifices of varying size are added to generate the desired amount of air flow along the length of the duct, thus eliminating the need for grills, registers and the dampers that are used to balance them.
FabricAir ducts are available in a variety of colors with the option to screenprint text or logos directly on the fabric. Painting a traditional metal duct is costly and requires frequent maintenance to retain a clean and fresh appearance.
