A printing area required close temperature and humidity conditions, but was experiencing poor air distribution from perimeter AHU’s. Due to limited head room height a 1,150 mm D duct approx. 20 m long was positioned along the center of the room. It used a combination of laser cut micro holes to distribute air under the duct and nozzles to distribute air outwards towards the side walls. This created a very even air distribution and close control of the conditions in the room.
